In order to ensure the highest level of security of the personal data of our clients, employees and contractors, our company professionally takes care of data security together with Polish Center for Information Security and Personal Data Protection Certification.

Dear Sir or Madam,

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we hereby inform you:

We process your personal data in accordance with the following rules:

  • If you are interested in cooperation and contact has been made to discuss its details, we will process your personal data to take actions necessary for its implementation, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. We will not store your data longer than is customary in such contacts unless you become our client, in which case we will process the data as specified in point 2).
  • If you are our client, we will process your personal data to perform the contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, and after the termination of the contract, on the basis of tax law and limitation periods under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR for the period specified by those regulations.
  • If you are an employee of a company we cooperate with, your personal data is processed to perform services or contracts that bind us with your employer who provided us with your data, based on your consent or contract. Data will be used only for the duration of the contract and then, if necessary, until the expiry of claims. Data of individuals present on our construction sites are also processed based on occupational health and safety regulations.
  • When you initiate contact through online forms on our websites or social media, we will contact you to respond to your inquiry, which is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Personal data in this case will be stored for the period customary in such conversations. We may also receive your inquiry with contact details from other data controllers who allow sending such forms to us, e.g. https://www.facebook.com.
  • In the case of potential employees, your data will be processed for recruitment and possible employment in our company or at the construction site. The required data is specified by labor law and will be collected for the purpose of signing a contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) and (b) of the GDPR, unless you provide more data based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If the recruitment result is negative, your data will be deleted. We may also obtain your contact data from advertisements or employment agencies. For specific public projects, e.g., using EU funds, you may be required to submit your portfolio. Lack of consent (under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) will prevent us from considering your application for such a project.
  • If you enter a designated area of our video monitoring which we operate at our main office, local offices (containers), and construction sites, we process your image under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR to ensure work safety. Your image will be processed for a maximum of 3 months. In justified cases, it may be retained longer until a final judgment, decision, or ruling when the recording is evidence in a case. All monitored areas are marked with appropriate signage.
  • If you perform logistics services for us using our fleet, it is equipped with GPS tracking devices to protect the Administrator’s interests and ensure the safety of people and property, which is our legitimate interest. GPS monitoring ensures proper use of the vehicle and efficient work organization, e.g., by verifying selected routes. Personal data as GPS traces will be processed under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and stored for a maximum of 3 months. In anonymized form, they may be retained indefinitely for logistics optimization purposes. Each vehicle with GPS tracking is appropriately marked.
  • If we are the general contractor at the construction site where you are present, we process your data based on occupational health and safety regulations under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR. If the site is under video monitoring, we process your image as our legitimate interest to enhance safety and protect property under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Personal data not required by law will be processed based on your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), e.g., for recruitment purposes (if you send us your photo, portfolio, etc.) or other purposes specified during data collection based on consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and the withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.

Recipients of your data will only be institutions authorized by law and entities we cooperate with.

Additionally, personal data recipients will include entities providing us with website hosting and IT solutions, including email operators and cloud storage, accounting and bookkeeping services, and in the case of using online services, separate controllers will process the data:

Your data is not subject to profiling by our company but may be subject to profiling by other controllers such as Facebook Ireland Ltd, Google LLC, or Microsoft Corporation. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization unless the appropriate conditions set out in Chapter 5 of the GDPR are met. We transfer your data to the United States (in the cloud data service), in which case it is lawful as the European Commission has approved an adequate level of protection under the EU-US Privacy Shield program.

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing, request data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

Please note that providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes. If you do not provide the data, some services may be impossible to perform.
