Foundation piles — Liebherr LB 36-410 and BAUER BG 33H piling rigs
We execute deep foundations for engineering structures — Kelly bored piles, CFA, displacement piles and jet grouting. Pile diameters up to Ø2300 mm, Kelly drilling down to 88 m, bored piles executed in accordance with EN 1536. We work with our own two heavy-duty piling rigs and our own crews across Poland.

Piling methods
Kelly drilling
Large-diameter bored piles down to 88 m: up to Ø2300 mm uncased and Ø2000 mm cased with the standard Liebherr configuration. Used for bridge structures in difficult and rocky ground.
Cased piles — BAUER BG 33H
Our second rig, the BAUER BG 33H (up to 330 kNm, 405 kW), executes cased piles up to Ø2200 mm as well as CFA, CCFA and FDP piles.
CFA — continuous flight auger
CFA piles up to Ø1200 mm — fast, vibration-free installation, well suited to non-cohesive soils at bridge structures and deep foundations.
Displacement piles
Partial and full displacement piles — minimal spoil removal, direct compaction of the bearing layer, low impact on surroundings.
Double rotary drilling and soil mixing
High-precision drilling in difficult ground, and soil stabilisation by mixing with binders where weak layers need improving.
How a project runs
- Enquiry — send design documents or a scope description; initial reply within 1–2 working days.
- Geotechnical analysis — ground and groundwater assessment, choice of the optimum method (Kelly / CFA / other).
- Offer and execution design — cost estimate, pile execution design, schedule, load tests.
- Rig mobilisation — rig on site on schedule, daily progress reports.
- Load tests and handover — static and dynamic load tests, material certificates, warranty supervision.
